The Public Health WWW Networking Project is funded by the Ministry of Health to promote the use of the Internet and improve ability to network and develop collaborative approaches. Over 2,300 participants from 300+ organisations have been involved since 1997.
Presentations and training sessions are provided for large and small groups. For smaller groups, the training is arranged using the work computer(s) or using a lap top provided by the trainer. For larger groups, a data projector is used within a training room, and sometimes computer suites are found which accommodate large groups and also provide hands-on practice.
